It’s hard to believe football season starts in just two weeks. We hope everyone is enjoying their summer, but it’s time to start thinking about conditioning! Coach Kevin encourages all Hornets to start working on some warm-up exercises so they are ready for the first week of practice. Sit-ups, push-ups and running sprints will set your player up for an easier first week, so why not get started now?
Also, we are still accepting players. If you know of a child interested in playing for the Hornets, tell them to join us on Monday, August 13, for our first practice or they can contact Coach Kevin.
